MAVERICKS FALL BALL 2025 REGISTRATION

FALL SEASON AUGUST - OCTOBER

Our Fall Program is designed to help develop your players individual skills in fielding fundamentals, situational defense and offense, hitting foundations and approach at the plate, pitching mechanics, catching and receiving, and game time awareness and strategy.

All players and skill levels welcomed. Teams formed in consideration of age, grade, and skill level. Open to all Players who meet USSSA age requirements (player age the following year on April 30)

$450.00 - Two week day practices, 1- 2 weekend Game/Scrimmage (s), Mavericks Cap & Dry Fit Uniform Shirt.

Players who are selected for the Spring Program will continue to play through the week prior to Thanksgiving.

MAVERICKS SPRING 2026 SEASON REGISTRATION

SPRING SEASON February- June

Spring Tryouts held annually in October / Try-On’s by Appointment

Our Spring Program competes in the Bay Area Tournament Series League. Our teams compete in approximately 22 games per spring season in addition to approximately 10 scrimmages prior to and throughout the season against a variety of Local Bay Area travel organizations. Our Teams also play in a minimum of 2 in season tournaments.

Our players develop higher level competitive skills in the areas of fielding mechanics and execution, advanced situational defense and offensive strategy, batting theory-execution and count awareness, advanced base running, pitching mechanics for strength and velocity, pitch repertoire, and situational awareness.

$1,600.00 - Two week day practices, 3 Games per week (mainly weekends), 2 in Season Tournaments, 2 Complete Uniforms (Hat, Top, Pants, Socks, Belt, practice wear package)

  • JOEL MINER

    DIRECTOR of BASEBALL OPERATIONS

    Joel played varsity baseball at Deer Valley High School and went on to play briefly at Los Medanos College before ending his career as a catcher due to injuries. Joel has nearly 15 years of coaching experience at the High School, Travel Ball, Youth Baseball, and consulting at the College level. His expertise is in catching, pitching, and outfield. He has been in education for nearly 20 years and loves sharing his love of this great game with ball players of all ages.
